PRODUCT FEATURES

PRODUCT BENEFITS

• Flank and Forequarter - quality cuts.
• Fast Cook time of 5 1/2 mins on a hot plate.  

• Cook on a Hotplate preheated to 190°C for 2 minutes on the first side, turn the product over and cook for a further 1½ minutes on the second side.
