- POS is delivered within 7-10 working days via standard An Post delivery.
- POS orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
- Points spent for a POS are non-refundable once POS has been ordered.
- Any errors whilst customising the POS is at the risk of the outlet and points cannot be refunded.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once POS order has been placed.
- POS cannot be returned for alternative.
- To avail of Food Alliance POS, members must be ordering the POS featured product(s) through the Food Alliance programme.
- Food Alliance POS is only available to Food Alliance members and can only be ordered via the Food Alliance website.
POS orders cannot be placed offline either via a phone order or directly via your distributor or Kepak sales representative.
