• Pre-heat hotplate to 190°C and add some oil.  Place the Philly Steak on the oil.  Cook for 4-5 mins as follows: Cook on one side until the meat starts to thaw, approximately 2-3 minutes.    After 1-2 minutes, pull the slices of steak apart with a spatula.
